As part of the operation of the Site, VTPP collects and processes your Personal Data in the following contexts:

  • In order to respond to your membership requests made via direct contact at virginietheron@gmail.com or pierre.paperon@gmail.com, the VTPP collects your name, your first name, your email address , as well as your date of birth and postal code if you choose to provide them. This processing is based on the legitimate interest of the VTPP to process your request and to be able to communicate with you within the framework of communication intended for members of the association.

  • In order to respond to your request to subscribe to the newsletter, the VTPP collects your email address . This processing is based on VTVP's legitimate interest in processing your newsletter subscription request. Following your registration, you will periodically receive the VTPP newsletter by email, from which you can unsubscribe in one click.

3. Recipients of personal data

VTVP will not transmit your Personal Data to any third party with the exception of any service provider who may act as a subcontractor of VTPP and acting solely on our behalf, in the context of the processing of your Personal Data. For example, the newsletter is currently sent by the service provider MailChimp.

This Personal Data is only collected for the purposes of fulfilling our mission and is not transferred to any third party for, for example, advertising.

4. Exercise of your rights

Under the conditions of the Applicable Regulations, you can assert, at any time, the rights detailed below:

  • right of access: you can obtain information on the nature, origin and use of the Personal Data which concerns you. In the event of transmission of your Personal Data to third parties, you may also obtain information concerning the identity or categories of the recipients;

  • right of rectification: you can request that inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data be rectified or completed;

  • right to limitation of processing: you can request that your Personal Data be made temporarily inaccessible in order to limit their future processing in the situations provided for by the Applicable Regulations;

  • right of opposition: you may object to certain processing of your Personal Data for reasons relating to your particular situation unless there are legitimate and compelling reasons for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or for the establishment , the exercise or defense of legal rights. You can also object to the processing of your Personal Data at any time and without reason for commercial prospecting purposes;

  • right to portability: in applicable cases, you can request to receive communication of the Personal Data that you have provided to the VTPP, in a structured and commonly used computer format;

  • right to communicate instructions regarding the fate of your Personal Data in the event of death: you can provide the VTPP with instructions regarding the processing, management and conservation of your Personal Data following your death.
