Your testimony
At the bottom of the page you will find the opportunity to share your experience by answering open questions.
You may also have noted the possibility of participating in a study... the difference may seem subtle but the purpose is very different: the purpose of the study is to constitute a very precise basis or at least the most precise possible of all the experiments already made with a fairly complete collection of information on the experience, such as the conditions, the place, the time, the human environment, the accompaniment, the number of times, the dosage, the phases, the evaluation of the dimension ecstatic, the duration, the nature of the trauma possibly brought to light, ...
In addition, this study contains the questions of measuring the mystical intensity (MES) developed in the US which makes it possible to weight (measuring would be too restrictive) the strength of the experience and compare it to others (you have access to the result following the answers given to the questions).
The testimony is less "framed" and offers the possibility of expressing in one's words the emotions, unfolding, strong points, consequences... of the experience such as the forms perceived, the entities encountered...
The purpose is fourfold:
· share with others
· confront other experiences and allow easier integration of all the material that was collected during the experience.
· enrich the study protocol proposed and described above with new items or elements of the experiment
· offer our leaders a basis for reflection on the scope of the experiences and the community of psychonauts currently being formalized in France and around the world.
To ensure a certain consistency in the collection of your testimonies, we have chosen certain questions which allow us to capture as much of its richness as possible. Here they are :
1. What psychedelic substance did you use, in what dose and where?
2. How long has it been since your experience?
3. What were your goals or expectations before using the substance?
4. How would you describe your emotions and mental state before, during and after the experience?
5. Have you felt any changes in your perception of time, space or your own identity?
6. Have you experienced visual, auditory or tactile hallucinations? If so, can you describe them?
7. How did you perceive your environment during the experience? Changes in the perception of colors, shapes, etc. ?
8. Have you felt a deeper connection with your inner self, with others, or with the universe at large?
9. How would you rate the intensity of the experience on a scale of 1 to 10?
